The Littlest Lamb was created by Alana Searle in 2007 after the birth of her daughter, Scarlett Lily. Alana and her mum searched in stores across the country for what they remembered as 'Frilly Bums' from when they were children, to dress Scarlett in. After having no luck finding these frilly bums anywhere in Australia, Alana turned to the internet to expand her search overseas. RuffleButts, a new and exciting company created by Amber Schaub in Florida, USA, caught Alanas attention, captured her imagination and filled her with excitement. Why weren't these fun and frilly bloomers available in Australia? Alana made a decision to do something about it! After much research, negotiations and hard work, Alana, with alot of help from Amber, launched the RuffleButts brand in Australia with The Littlest Lamb being the very first retailer in this Country.
